OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES
Denver Broncos vs. Seattle Seahawks Travel Package Raffle

1.SPONSOR

This raffle is conducted by Every Paw Counts (“Sponsor”), a Montana nonprofit organization.

This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Montana charitable gaming laws and regulations.
 

2. RAFFLE PERIOD

Online ticket sales begin June 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (“MST”).

Online ticket sales close September 11, 2026 at 11:55 PM MST.

In-person ticket sales may continue until the official drawing begins at 12:00 PM MST on September 12, 2026.
 

3. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of ticket purchase.

Participation is limited to persons physically located within the continental United States in jurisdictions where charitable raffle participation is permitted by law. By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants acknowledge and agree that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether participation is legal in their jurisdiction.

Void where prohibited by law.

Members of the Every Paw Counts Board of Directors are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members of Board members remain eligible unless otherwise prohibited by law.
 

4. TICKET INFORMATION

Raffle tickets are $5.00 each.

Tickets may be purchased online through the Zeffy platform or in person at approved Every Paw Counts events and sales locations.

There is no limit to the number of tickets available for sale.

Each raffle ticket will receive a unique identifying number. Online ticket purchases will be assigned ticket numbers through Zeffy. Sponsor will generate corresponding physical tickets for use during the live drawing. In-person tickets will also receive unique ticket numbers designated with an “I” prefix to distinguish in-person sales.

All ticket sales are final.

Refund requests for invalid or restricted purchases may be considered only if submitted on the same calendar day as purchase in writing and approved by the Every Paw Counts Board of Directors in its sole discretion.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) winner will receive the following bundled prize package:

• Two (2) tickets to the Denver Broncos vs. Seattle Seahawks game currently scheduled to take place at Empower Field in Denver, Colorado on or about October 15, 2026
Seat Location: Section 121, Row 39, Seats 19 & 20

• Two (2) roundtrip economy airfare tickets on United Airlines from any airport within the continental United States serviced by United Airlines to Denver, Colorado

• One (1) carry-on bag per passenger included; additional baggage fees are the sole responsibility of the travelers

• One (1) night hotel stay in downtown Denver, Colorado in one standard double occupancy room
Hotel: the Curtis - a Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, 1405 Curtis Street, Denver, CO 80202

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.00

Actual value may vary depending on point of departure, airfare pricing, hotel selection, and ticket market value.

Ground transportation, meals, parking, incidental expenses, travel insurance, checked baggage fees, and all other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the winner and/or travelers.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Winner may designate travelers other than themselves; however, all travel arrangements will be coordinated solely through Every Paw Counts.

Travel must occur according to the fixed itinerary established by Sponsor. Flights are limited to United Airlines-operated or United Airlines-coordinated routing as determined by Sponsor.

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and presenting valid identification and travel documentation required for air travel, including REAL ID-compliant identification, passport, or other government-issued identification.

Travel arrangements must be finalized no later than October 1, 2026.

6. DRAWING

The raffle drawing will be conducted on September 12, 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM MST at a location to be determined. 

The drawing will be livestreamed on Facebook.

A physical ticket will be randomly selected from a raffle drum. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets sold.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified using the phone number and email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of initial notification attempt.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

Sponsor may issue applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form 1099, if required by law.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Every Paw Counts to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state of residence, photographs, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Winner and/or designated travelers agree to reasonably cooperate with Every Paw Counts promotional efforts related to the raffle prize experience, including providing photographs and/or content from the event experience for social media and marketing purposes.

10. TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for canceled, delayed, rerouted, rescheduled, or missed flights; weather events; airline disruptions; hotel issues; scheduling changes; acts of God; or any other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If the game is postponed or rescheduled, Sponsor reserves the right to coordinate alternate travel arrangements for the rescheduled event date.

Sponsor does not guarantee specific flight schedules, seating arrangements, or accommodations beyond the prize description stated herein.

Travelers are responsible for transportation to and from their originating airport.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Every Paw Counts and its officers, directors, volunteers, agents, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

This raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the NFL, the Denver Broncos, the Seattle Seahawks, United Airlines, Facebook, Zeffy, or Hilton.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This raffle shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana.

Any disputes arising under or relating to this raffle shall be resolved exclusively in Cascade County, Montana.

13. SPONSOR RIGHTS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the raffle if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the raffle process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

14. OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

Official Rules will be available at www.everypawcounts.org throughout the raffle period.
